LOL looks like things became interesting this weekend, well the problem is when people think this is some kind of rocket science and don't take into account that anyone can do this job, now we are asking for people over the average (not the I know numbers, I now teams with a crappy accent).
In return we offer in my opinion a very decent salary taking into account the working environment, and all the guarantees.
That's true, I have done everything related to this bussiness (Vip wagering, Lines, CS, Sales) and have earned lots of money in many of those jobs but... Some of them were small places that broke after 6 months on bussiness, Another thought we (clerks) were some kind of lower being way under the pyramid (not at their level). Some didn't offer caja payments, some didn't pay holidays, some didn't pay aguinaldo.
Once a redneck screamed at me, I told him that I wasn't that kind of people and I got fired the next day.
