I know it's easy to talk about the results of a game after it's over. But someone had a post today on the probowl (I don't remember who) that was a great piece of handicapping. He deserves some kudos for it. He said,
"Take AFC -2 for the first half because Manning and Harrison will be playing the entire first half and that will be a big advantage for the AFC".
The 1st half played out just as he predicted. I liked his thought when I first read it, and thought it was a great concept, but I only bet 1 unit on the play. I've been kicking myself for that.
But this illustrates the value of our board. Great ideas are always floating around out there. You just have to know where to find them.
