I've been reading up on you guys for a few months now and have finally decided to post my own games.
I'm surprised to see so many of you on West Virginia. Hokies are playing for a possible National Championship and need the double digit victories as much as they need a victory over Miami next week. As someone else posted that "overlooking" this weeks game to go to next week is way overrated. Next week is next week and before you get there THIS week is a must win.
West Virginia doesn't seem too good on paper. They give up over 20 points a game and score 23 (that number being blown out a bit because of that East Carolina and Rutgers wins). Minus the one game against Miami they've played awful, remember this is all on paper, I didn't see the games.
On the other hand, VTech has everything to play for and all the signs point to a blow out. I don't think you can judge a team based on one good game, for maybe Miami was off that day and WVA doesn't deserve the credit they are getting. Getting this game at 13 or 13.5 seems like a must bet. Vtech rolls by 21 +
Therefore for my first post of the year I'm taking Virginia Tech -13.5 for 5 units.
