I obviously don't know either, but i reckon that given the opportunities these guys like kobe get for a lay, and given the opportunities their bed partners get to sue them for huge sums, there's got to be a pretty good case for anyone to go ahead and sue. I also feel that rape cases have right now got a pretty large case record and expertise, for the trained expert (doctor, lawyer etc.) to be able to tell with a good degree of accuracy whether a rape was perpetrated or not, body marks, victims and perpetrators accounts, some of these lawyers or judges witness a few hundreds of such cases per annum to be able to determine with some accuracy the truth or falsity of them. In other words i do believe that some people outside of the two, kobe and the gal, do know what did happen, regardeless of whatever the final outcome of the court case might be.

But I'm sure as fvck that Kobe has behaved stupidly. Being who he is, he should have known fvcking better. If you're gonna be stupid and you can't control your hormons, then for God's sake cover your back. I can think of more that 1 way to have avoided this predicament:

1.Tape it and have a lawyer hold the tapes under a legal bounding contract.

2.Have your own sofisticated private prostitute. Have her travel where he goes. Fvck, he had the money to have a whole harem.

In our society fame means you are above the law. What does a $500 speeding ticket do to a TGI Friday's hostess? Costs her 2 weeks pay.
