Hemorrhoids!

Need your help brethren! I just got my first and hopefully last hemorrhoid and it's a pain in the ass, Literally!


It's been two days now and I haven't tried anything yet but I was hoping to get some suggestions from anyone with past experience. I googled some products but I always feel like the companies are the ones writing all the good reviews so does anyone have any remedies they would recommend?

I've had them, this works best for me - well actually the best remedy is to get a doctor to proscribe a high % lidocaine or hydrocortisone creme. If you
can't get a prescription, find the creme that has the highest % lidocaine or hydrocortisone. Then, get in the hottest bath you can, the really hot
water will reduce the swelling. Then douse the "pain in the ass" with creme.
