In my opinion, this is inappropriate for Neteller to be disclosing this type of info, whatever the reason.
I think that Neteller should be allowed to disclose the customer's name, address, telephone, and E-Mail address to the book, nothing more.
Any info about buddy transfers, or any info about what other sportsbooks a customer plays at, should be out of bounds. This is a conflict of interest on Neteller's part - it's a damn good thing for them that they're basically the "only game in town" these days.
