I have stopped posting my soccer wagers as I feel that I cannot contribute anything. My question is this...how in the hell does England v. Italy get to 3 goals? I am looking for someone to talk me out of dropping the bomb on under 2 goals, if it's a push, I'm fine. Thanks fellas!

but seriously, Italy has been playing a more offensive game this tourney much to my surprise and England has Rooney back. Not to mention this has been the highest scoring Euro Cup to date.

1) I'm pissed that you didn't put me on your bar list on the main page, is it because i cannot travel abroad?
2) alittle week on the high scoring Euro's as things have a way of correcting (sp) themselves.
3) Rooney netted a header in a one - nil match.

I think we witness a tight match on Sunday with two squads that play defense first and have two goalies that are more than up to the challenge. I believe that the Italians might be thinking defense first as they might feel they are the lesser squad in this match and the English will be tight as I believe that they are playing alittle 'above their heads' thus far and won't want to put themselves in a dire situation early.

in the six matches both clubs have played just 1 game has been under 2 - italy v england seems like england v france...same kinda team and that ended 1-1. I think waiting on the spain v france match might be a good idea just because it might help see how good both spain and france are and then have a better judgement on where italy and england are....1-1 does seem like a logical score though. Rooney v Super mario could be the storyline after the match and english keeper is due to let in a soft one (havent done it yet i don't think)

I have been wrong on numerous occassions just cannot see this match getting to the three goals required to lose the wager. Normally when I feel this strong about a wager I get it shoved! I'll post what I do later.
