Would someone , anyone, please advise me as to which off shore book is the best to play at.

I will also need help with how to deposit money, as it seems that has become hard to do.

Once I am able to do this, I will be needing some sure fire can't miss bets to make. I understand there is no such thing as can't miss, so I am willing to lose 2 of every ten bets, if things go real bad. 9 winners of 10 would be better, and those are the kind I expect you guys to provide me with.

Once I get up 30-40-200 k or so, I will be needing some help with how to withdraw the funds, and maybe some tax advice. How long will it take to get this much in winnings, and will they pay in cash?
