Help with 5dimes.com

So I decided to switch sportsbooks because I really didnt like sportsbook.com, and I made an account at 5dimes..

I go to deposit $200 onto my account, and they make me email them a scanned picture of my credit card and drivers license which is fine..

They then said I needed to confirm things over live chat in order to confirm the deposit. While in chat, the woman asked for my account #(which she shouldve already known) and my password.. It didn't really feel legit, but I obliged and she said I would have to wait till morning to call and confirm.

First of all, has everyone's experience been like this with 5dimes?

2nd of all, how do I change my password on this site? I can't find it anywhere and I think the whole process have been kinda shady.

Any help is appreciated.

im sure alot of people including myself have good experience with them. but how come you dont like sportsbook? they are my main book.. 5 dimes is very good..i like their live betting, thats who i catch up on my NFL..puhahaha.. but all in all they both have lightning fast payouts. for 5 dimes, they always ask you for yoour info... but its legit. make sure its at www.5dimes.com though..lol :toast::toast:

It is normal, they are one of the best in the business, Wil and most mods always settle any disputes (and that is rare) with them.
They pay out lighting quick (I know, I just got paid) and more importantly their checks clear.

I have been with 5 dimes for a while,solid book.Never have been asked for any ID what so ever.Probably because I use a different deposit method.Can understand your being apprehensive but nothing to worry about great book. G.L
