Not only are they both posting from the same small town in the state of Ohio but they post nearly exactly alike when it comes to vocabulary and writing style.
You can find this out if you have enough posts by two posters you suspect are the same person by using the advanced search function for the entire forum (top of main forum page - SEARCH).
In one half of the search (username) you enter the name of the new poster (in this case Ibetonsports) in the other half where it says keyword after you view posts by the other poster (heatohio) you place the word you want to compare in the box marked keyword.
You can see the last 70 posts of any poster by clicking on his name on any old post and clicking on view "find more posts by heatohio or whoever"
I did that with Heatohio and compared words he used to see if Ibetetonsports also used them. Only comparing the non everyday words from posts by heatohio I came up with the following words spelled exactly the same that were used at least once and often multiple times by Ibetonsports in different posts about totally different topics:
jealously
distorted
eventually
Granted
actually
filtered
toothless
disadvantage
facist
shithole
dicipline
brainwashed
conversation
Technically
wishing
biggest
clowns
questioned
conversation
punching
someones
bashers
absolute
moron
fucking
doubting
continue
I didn't bother reversing the process and using Heatohio as the user name and words posted by Ibetonsports as the keywords but I guarantee similar results. I could have come up with more matches but feel this list is sufficient.
Add that to the fact that both have almost identical IPs and you have enough evidence to call them the same poster.
I am leaving them both on post review for constant bickering and argueing.

PS. Anyone feeling ambitious reverse the process and use posts by Ibetonsports to select words and use them as keywords in a search using heatohio as your target poster. Make sure you click on the little circle that says post and not threads on the search function page.
