was just a one year wonder, no more no less. happens all the time in NFL but not so much in MLB. I don't remember him being the next big deal but i know he won ROY.

the last next big thing i remember is spencer on the yanks who seemed like he hit a HR every game in Sept after the call-up. no idea what happened to him, probably managing some AA team.
