Dig the big time venue.....

MSG, Staples Center.... nah.

Nothing and i mean nothing quite sums up fame as much as playing in the front of both Funcoland and Subway...

PS: is that Zach Wylde?

"Zakk"

And yeah....

According to the copy on that clip, he's doing a guitar clinic

Here's pretty much the same tune, but with more high tone company in a much bigger venue

I still play some New Wavish when I get an older drunken crowd who hasn't got up yet.

New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle

OMD - If You Leave

Depeche Mode - Strange Love

Tom Tom Club [Talking Heads] - Genius Of Love

Madness - Our House

Erasure - A Little Respect

When In Rome - The Promise

The Cure - Love Song

Information Society - Running

Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come On Eileen

The Cars, Bangles, Vapors and Devo don't go over well anymore.

But some drunk chick always ruins it by asking for Britney or the Pussycat Dolls.

If punk and new wave hadn't saved us at the end of the 1970s our one saving grace would have been ABBA...

Scott... do you get any EW&F requests? Best group ever IMHO

Dave if not they are damn close. I get asked for September a lot. I also play Let's Groove and Boogie Wonderland. Now that's in a club. If I want to LISTEN to EWF in a non-club setting than I gotta go with Devotion, Imagination, Keep Your Head To The Sky, Reasons, In The Stone, Way of the World.

Phillip Bailey's solo LP was pretty good. I didn't care much for the Phil Collins duo Easy Lover because I had to play the crap out of it when I DJd.
