Have you ever had an erection lasting over 4 hours?

I've never had one that lasts over 4 hours but lately I've been waking in the middle of the night with it hard as a rock and hurting. I think it might have something to do with the fact that my legs are closed together when I'm sleeping but I think also since I've lost weight lately.
