I found a way to offer a service for anyone out of state to have the ability to bet on fanduel or draft Kings sports book even if they're not in NJ.

They would have the own secure line and would be able to place bets on the fanduel or draftkings app.

I know some of the benefits that they offer would be helpful to people.

****** withdrawals and deposits.
Regulated sportsbook.
Great customer service.

My question is do you think anyone would be interested in this service if I offered it?

The technique used mitigates almost all risk. As in theory when the bet is placed it's technically being placed in NJ. The risk would have to come from fanduel or draft Kings in proving you weren't in the state when the bet was placed. I can't see FD or DK being able to prove that or even having something trigger where they would even be interested in that.

One last point to make then I'll wait for responses.

You wouldn't be placing bets through me. You would have to sign up with fanduel and create your own account afterwards you would be able to go on your mobile phone, run the mobile app and place your own bets.

Thanks hopefully I'll be able to message him with the business plan and get him to sign off on it.

I don't know if this site has any escrow service in place but I would be willing to put up an insurance policy (in the form of payment)on my business in escrow.

I let Tints tell me what he plans to do in PM, just wanted to see what it was but I would not recommend anyone do this.

Talked to someone I know and they said decent chance the site security would snuff that out, and even if you think that chance is only 5-10%, the NJ sites can confiscate all the $ in your account if they catch you. GL dealing w/ all that.

Not worth the risk/reward. Not to mention it is breaking the law and while there is a high likelihood any of us from the RX would be the top dog in jail, still feels like more of a fade.

Although I can agree it is on the greyside of legality. I have ways to circumvent site security "snuffing it out".

The sites only way to get triggered and send an alarm would be due to geolocation. Example the site sees 40 people betting from the SE exact location.

Although I spoke with patsfan on the rough idea on how it would work I did leave out key aspect such as the technique used to by pass the Geo location obstacle.

I'm not necessarily looking for people to join from this post just wondering if people would be interested in the service.

It's not on the grey side man. lol.

I think your plan is viable in terms of getting people to pay you for this if they need outs and want to gamble on sites that bad. It could work.

But I wouldn't recommend anyone risk it.

Thanks for your response.

I'm surprised people aren't more receptive seeing how many people have nightmares withdrawing or getting limited from offshore books.

how could this possibly go wrong?

I'm open to the discussion that's what I'm trying to figure out how and if some did go wrong ways to circumvent the problem to ensure it's easy rectified.

Normally when people start a business they think of ways it could fail and brainstorm on ways to prevent it.

If they or the feds find out , can possibly mean loss of winnings, closure of account and on the fed end- federal wire fraud charges.

Hmmmm? This is interesting. I live in Florida and the state is nowhere close to sports betting. Even if and when I’m not sure I’d leave Bookmaker. So why would anyone risk breaking federal law doing this ? Betting with offshore has never been prosecuted. Only the people taking bets gets in trouble. However I’d love to know what the plan is?
