how would i go about recording something and then get it on to my pc as an audio/video file so that i can send it to others to download and view through windows media player and/or view it myself on my pc?

If you have a microphone, there are plenty of free applications that will record into a WAV file on your PC.

well guys i dont think that camtasia by techsmith is for me. basically im inquiring about making an amateur homemade pornographic film. the labtec web cam is only allowing 1mb which is about 2 minutes worth of action. would a digital camcorder be a better bet?

ok, i tried to do a 1mb 2 minute clip through web cam to see if it would work and how it would look, quality, etc. it took, its viewable through windows media player under a wmv file. now, how do i post that or upload it onto a thread in a forum for others to see?

* dont worry, im not psoting it here, im talking about a non-sports related forum, ;) thanks.

You need to upload to a website (storage) then paste the link from that site to the wmv file into the feild which allows this; such as the pic field here.
