I am going to be moving at the end of the month and there isn't going to be a floodgate of fast food joints near my new neighborhood. I see this is as a good thing. Being an avid watcher of the Food Network I am going to try home cooking more and more of my own meals. Instead of eating greasy fast food and preserved frozen and canned foods.

hey, has anybody watched the man vs food show on the travel channel? i just discovered it last night....dude was at a place in san jose, smokeeater's or something like that, claim to be hottest wings you can get, drenched in habernaro and cayenne pepper, dude ate all 12 and was crying like a bitch....also showed the "burrito-zilla", 7 pounds of burrito, something like a pound of beans in that bitch, can't imagine what the dude who ate it in 3 minutes felt like afterward....

My wife hates when I order Hot Wings. She always says, don't get them so Hot. I Order them, and tell her they are Not Hot Hot.
Until she tries them. lol

I think I said it a while back. But I miss Little Ceasers. Ours closed.

How is it that expensive ass Papa John's is so popular and LC's is struggling?

I don't think LC realizes that cheese goes on pizza, that is their big problem.

Arby's was a real strong place to eat at in the 80's. It was an alternative to all of those crappy burger joints and when you ate at Arby's it was a treat. I used to love to treat myself to some Arby's roast beef when ever I went to the mall. I remember the regular roast beef having a fresh bun and being piled on high full of meat. I used to eat those muthafuckas so fast I would lose my breath.

I remember growing up and my parents would take us to arbys like once a month or so. They were always more expensive than mc'ds so it would be a real treat when we went. The one by our house actually had a deli slicer behind the registers and you would watch them shave the meat right of under those red hot lamps and make your sandwich fresh. Unbelievable how cheap and nasty these places have become. Although I have to say if any of you guys have a chance go to Culvers they have them in illinois and wisconsin. When you pull up to the drive thru and order yopu drive around and they give you a number and then they cook your burgers etc to order. They make one of the best double cheeseburgers i've ever had and its fresh. White castle Love them late night 3 am drunk nothing better..

Yeah, I remember that. Wasn't the Slicers like automatic or something like that. ?? Like they would turn it on, and the slicer would go back and forth ?

All these places made that sh*t Fresh ! McDonald, Burger King, all of them use to have a Grill on and Make those Burgers Right there on the Spot.
Now they are Pre-Cooked and put in a Microwave or whatever it is.
