Who’s the worst team in Division I? According to Ken Pomeroy, it’s Hartford (Under 10-6), one of two independents on this year’s list of 363 D-I programs. They’ll be dropping down to Division III at some point before 2025, so this is lame-duck territory to say the least. These Hawks are a mess, but at least they operate at a slow pace (No. 243 in Adjusted Tempo) to help minimize the damage.
