They are taking bets. The straight bets are -110. The parlay odds look honest. The teaser odds aren't worth doing (-130 for 2 team 6 point college football teaser, -140 for 6' points and -150 for 7 points). In the teaser rules, if a teaser pushes down to 1 team the teaser is cancelled regardless of the outcome of the final wager.

The future odds (NCAA Football) suck.
