Handicap Draw Explaination???

Hey Guys,

Just hoping someone can explain handicap draw for me?

For example one of the world cup games tonight:

Does the "handicap draw" option only pay if Uruguay lose by one? What if the final score is actually a draw, does it still pay? and if Uruguay win 1-0 and i play the handicap draw +1 i lose?

I was under the impression that draws only pay if its a tie not sure what the +1 means
