Guys - Question about serious computer problem...

Gentlemen - how do i rid my computer of a 8409827409.tmp program?

when i try to delete it after clicking on "start" find "file folders", then delete, it says, "cannot delete because windows is running program."

the problem is, this particular program loads up on my computer when i turn on my computer which automatically loads up the internet...

SO HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PLEASE????

You can remove this by two options:

1.) Run msconfig from the run button in the start box, go all the way to the end tab and remove the check box that the .tmp file is pointing to. (I would also recommend removing all the other programs as well, because they slow your system down and compete for memory resources, you don't need to load anything, then check in your system tab, system resources should be at 90% or better)

2.) Press ALT CRTL DELETE at the same time and end task on the processes running, then you can delete the file, because it is not in use by windows. I would also recommend spy-bot to eliminate pop-ups and spy ware that can be acquired at safer-networking.org.

Ok now paypal be $100.00 for my support and troubleshooting...
