Guys I need your opinion on what format would be more efficient on running a fantasy golf pool among my friends?

……..a salary structure or tier structure? (Or other) It needs to be the easiest format as I want anybody to be able to enter and win as most of my friends are not hardcore golf geeks or fantasy sorts members. Thank you in advance for your advice and input.

Word on the street is tier system easier for the novice player, just click one of multiple choice and move on, and no salary cap numbers to calculate or contemplate.

@earl - I'm in a one and done which is pretty fun but strategic as well. Basically you earn what your player makes for each tournament. Once you use a guy you cant use them again. ... hence one and done. your earnings add up throughout all the tournaments and league winner will have the most. you can break it down however you want obviously ... theres so many options on what to do.
