I have a lot of respect for Wilson. I really do.
And you may be correct about him winning his 2nd SB in 3 weeks but I dont honestly think you can say with a straight face Wilson is>Luck.

I have a feeling if Manning comes back next year, it may look very ugly assuming he doesn't get knocked out of the game. I know records mean alot to him, I have a feeling to seperate himself more in the record book may be a decider if he comes back. He always said he will continue to play until he feels he is hurting his team. He was off on so many throws today. That is 1 reason the colts defense looked like great tacklers. He has to dink and dunk so much and just can't make the throws he once could.

Manning only completed 5 passes of more than 5 yards.

That's not good. He missed badly on down the field throws.

I don't know. Brees is 13,000 yards behind Manning. Brees turns 36 this week. He would def. need to play 3 more years and not have an injury and Manning would need to retire now. Even if he comes back next year and not play well, he will at least throw for 3,000.

By the way, Manning is still 2,000 yards behind Favre. If he didn't miss 1 full season, would have had it.

Manning has said this year he wants to play next year. Today he was anything but confident and would not commit to it.

Another factor is the Broncos. Do they want to pay him 19 million a year when skills have clearly digressed. Look how quick it happened. He had the greatest QB season of all time last year. I think there are more injuries and they were just covered up. Seriously, he completed 5 passes today of more than 5 yards.

I would take Luck easily over Rodgers when you factor age into it. I hope Luck doesn't try to bankrupt the cap space after next year. Amazing he is getting 4 million a year when so many qb's he is better than are getting 15 million. It's like having Lebron James on his rookie contract.

Manning really did look OLD yesterday. His arm is failing him.

Denver would be insane to pay him 19 million next year.....although the problem is.....QB's don't grow on trees and the league is ALWAYS thin on QB's.....there isn't another Luck/Wilson in the draft this year.
