PENNSYLVANIA - Gov. Tom Wolf announced Thursday night that he is extending the stay-at-home order for counties in the red phase, including the Philadelphia area, until June 4. He also provided guidance for counties entering the yellow phase.

The original statewide stay-at-home order announced on April 1 was set to expire at midnight.

Gov. Tom Wolf also signed orders for yellow phase counties partially reopening on Friday, May 8.

The yellow phase order applies to the following 24 counties: Bradford, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lycoming, McKean, Mercer, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Union, Venango, and Warren.

The yellow phase order addresses the limited reopening of businesses in the yellow phase, detailing those businesses previously deemed non-life-sustaining as being permitted to reopen if they follow the guidance for safety for staff, customers and the facility.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health said Thursday that 310 more people with COVID-19 have died, raising the statewide death toll to 3,416.

The deaths took place over the past several weeks. The Health Department has been reconciling its records with data provided by hospitals, health care systems, municipal health departments and long-term care centers.

Residents of nursing homes and personal care homes account for nearly 70% of the overall death toll.

Health officials reported 1,070 additional people have tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19, the first time new infections have topped 1,000 since Saturday. To date, the virus has been confirmed in about 53,000 people in Pennsylvania.

The number of infections is thought to be far higher because many people have not been tested, and studies suggest people can be infected with the virus without feeling sick. There is no data on how many people have recovered.

yesterday Wolf moved some central and western PA counties to "yellow" but keeping eastern PA (greater Philly) and parts of greater Pittsburgh in a lock down. Yellow means retailers can open but parks, libraries, restaurants (except take out), salons, barbershops, etc must remain closed.

now he's taking some serious heat as the stats just don't make sense.

PA WuFlu facts:
- median age of death attributed = 84
- 70% of ALL deaths attributed died in a NURSING HOME!
- 90% of Beaver County (western PA remains red zone) deaths in ONE NURSING HOME!
- 80% of all May deaths occurred in a NURSING HOME!
- EVERY hospital in PA has at least 50% of their beds available right now
- Western PA hospitals currently at 2% capacity (only 2 of every 100 beds in use) until next Friday when elective surgeries can commence
- May's high so far is 482 patients on a ventilator and state of PA never had more than 598 in use at one time (Wolf said we needed 4000 new vents just 4 weeks ago in ADDITION to the 5000 vents that were already in hospitals pre-Covid. So he predicted 9000 needed yet never had 600 in use at one time)

disgusting

They're a bunch of clueless, brain dead fucking retards that retain their power by dominating the "vote for a living" demographic

When I see numbers like this, I find it nauseating

I still can't buy a bottle of fn Makers Mark unless I drive to Wheeling or Youngstown today. Liquor stores are owned by the state and not deemed essential.

of course when it comes time to vote this bitch out, or his Pittsburgh peon (Wokey Peduto), they'll win reelection

I am fully convinced that Philadelphia restaurants won't reopen for dine in service till September. The Mayor wants to keep people locked inside for as long as he can. The next phase doesn't include dine in. All that changes is some retail stores can reopen to deliver a pair of jeans to your car if you pull up in front of the store. I took the train over from South Jersey to Philly the other day because the weather was nice. I wanted to get something to eat. In Philly you must pre-order before you can pick-up food. I go over to The Halal Guys. It's same people that have those carts on 6th Avenue in New York. Chicken and pita over rice with lettuce, tomato and the famous white sauce. You have to use the app. They won't take orders over the phone. The door is locked at the restaurant. They have to come out and hand you your food. I have to figure out how to use the app and input my credit card number. I'm waiting out front with a couple of deliver guys like UberEats. One delivery guy starts banging on the window and the people inside are ignoring him. Finally they bring the food out. It's crazy. If you don't have a credit or debit card and a computer your shit out of luck.

He sniffs cuomos underwear..no balls at all..it's a joke here..hospitals are going belly up cuz they made everything illegal accept treat covid which never showed up..

Also gov list of reasoning behind what was permitted to open not open still under seal with no chance of being unlocked because of limited staffing and focus on virus..

Pa is a joke and out taxes will again go up as a result..we get fucked and end up paying for being fucked
