From what I know of the big corporations like BK, WalMart, Wendy's, etc., is that they will NOT offer settlements on lawsuits like a roach in the food. Too many people are fishing for pay-offs, so they'll make you go all the way through the courts before they pay you anything.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida -- A Montgomery woman was arrested after being captured on a cell phone video of a brawl in a Panama City Beach Burger King last Saturday, according to WJHG 7.

A bikini-clad Kimesia Smith jumped on the counter and threw a 5-gallon plastic charity jug at employees, which was followed by her three friends throwing napkins, trays and other items throughout the restaurant.

Smith was arrested and taken to the Bay County jail on charges of simple battery after pulling a Burger King employee's hair, the report says.
