Fourteen European beauties, unaware of the first installment’s twists, travel to Italy for a whirlwind romance with a man who they think is a dashing American millionaire.
The women, who have been whisked off to a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside, believe that our “Joehenport Millionaire” has recently inherited 80 million dollars and is looking for a special someone to share his newfound wealth.
Little do they know this fat part time fry cook barely has two Euros to rub together. In actuality, our new “Joe Millionaire” is Joseph Newhen who currently earns only $11,000 a year.
In the opener, Newhen arrives in the Italian countryside, where he receives formal training in hygiene (the hum coming off him would knock a buzzard off a shit wagon) Newhen gets his first opportunity to impress and meet the women at a formal ball on the grounds of the beautiful Italian palazzo.
Following the dance, Newhen presents strands of scat to 11 women inviting them to remain with him at the beautiful villa, thus sending three of the women back to their respective homelands
