2. Bundesliga

Kaiserslautern- Rostock: under 2.5 @ 1.82

2 under-teams playing here today. it 2nd against 4th an the most important thing for both teams is not to loose. Both teams are lately very similar when it comes to play solid defense and struggeling to score. this should be 2 goals max, but for me it looks more like a 1-0 for one of them.

Braunschweig- Köln: Köln -0.5 @ 2.08

Braunschweig is last in standings and struggeling in all parts. they have key injuries on defense for tonight s game. after the winterbreaks their results are 0-0, 1-0,0-1, so they coming usually from a solid defense. that should be a problem tonight. Köln on the other hand starts slowly to produce results (draw, win,win since break). they are not yet playing great but the new-players start fitting into the team and the team is now playing with the right attidute to make a late push for top-places. They are overall the better team than Braunschweig and if they want to have any chance for promotion left, it s a must win.

1.Bundesliga

Hannover - Wolfsburg: Hannover pk,-0.5 @ 1.87 and over 2,2.5 @ 1.85 !! 2 units!!

it s a big derby for both teams. Hannover is on a big scoring run since the winter break. they lost the first game 0-3 at Bremen, but were absolutely in this game and should have scored themselves. this was followed by a break-thru 5-0 win over Berlin and a 4-1 away at Aachen. I dont know what happened suddenly, but they playing great offnsive football right now and are full of confidence.
Wolfsburg has struggled big time. after 8 games without a win they finally won last week 3-2 vs. Leverkusen. What s more important, especially for the total, is the big change in playing style since they added former Berlin- star Marcelinho during the winter break. in first half of season they were definetely an under team, but with him after the winterbreak they played 1-2,2-2,3-2. that means much more scoring, but also more conceided goals.
The total of 2,2.5 is based on the stats of the first half of the season, but regarding the recent performances way out of line.

Really like the angle of your analysis, and will follow on both the side and total.

Best of luck

yeah I read Wolfsburg's gone from a 4-5-1 to a 4-4-2. The Over looks like it has some nice value.

great start in the weekend yesterday with the big play covering the over already after 28 min.

Saturday

Regionalliga Nord:

Wuppertal- Hamburg: Wuppertal -0.5,-1 @ .95

1. Bundesliga

Schalke- Berlin: Berlin +1 @ 1.90

Schalke is the popular pick here after their impressive away win at bremen last week, but Berlin is a solid team. although they are not too strong in away games i can see a little let down by Schalke and if at all a close win here.

Stuttgart- Bremen: Stuttgart pk,+0.5 @ 1.89 over 2.5,3 @ 1.85

another wide open match here between 3rd and 2nd. Overall Bremen is not as dominant as they were in first half of the season. Although they won against Hannover and Leverkusen they were lucky vs. Hannover and totally outplayed by Leverkusen. This was seen then in the home loss to Schalke. Frings is back in the line up today which should be a big boost, but still STuttgart is a very solid team and it look like a draw to me, so i ll take the + hdc.
The over is not the strongest play, but to get a total under 3 with Bremen involved is rare and Stuttgart will also score here today.

Leverkusen- Frankfurt: Leverkusen -0.5,-1 @ 2.06 !! 2 units!!

Leverkusen is in hunt for Uefa cup spot. they are a very strong home team. in history they win 6 of last 7 home games vs. Frankfurt. They played well vs. Bremen and Wolfsburg and were very unluck to lose. Witha similar performance the will be a clear winner over Frankfurt, which is struggeling big time right now and moves fast in direction of relegation spots. Their home draw (0-0) to Mainz was an awful performance and they are simply not playing good football right now.

Gladbach- Aachen: Gladbach -0.5 @ 1.87

It s a dangerous play here. on paper it s easy as Gladbach could have made the turn around withtheir away win last week under the new coach and Aachen being probably the worst team in the league right now ( i am pretty sure the will be relegated and continue the bad streak they are already in).
But this is a hugh derby for both teams and extra motivation should be on both sides. Gladbach struggles to put teams away so it will be a close one that s always in danger to end in a draw.

Mainz- Cottbus: Mainz -0.5 @ 2.08

Two hot teams here. Mainz is the biggest surprise. after being dead last in first half of season they now got 7 pts out of first 3 games and are full of confidence.
Cottbus mainly strong in home games should be overmatched here

Hamburg- Dortmund: Dortmund pk,+0.5 @ 2.04

two struggeling teams but Hamburg even more than Dortmund. They played better in Berlin but found again a freak way to loose. Dortmund struggeling especially at home under the pressure of their home fans, away they are ok.
It s always special when Dortmund plays here in Hamburg. for what reason ever a lot of Dortmund fans are usually in the arena and the team is performing amazingly well. They have not lost in the last 9 year!!! in Hamburg.
everybody says Hamburg is due to a win, but they are due the whole season already so i like the + hdc here again.

I'm watching Stuttgart v. Bremen on bwin live-stream video. Very very entertaining game, end-to-end stuffs. Bremen down by 2-nil with less 20 min played, Diego just pulled one back.

Nice call on this one Chris.

Bremen has to come back in STuttgart...Schalke is slowly pulling away in the Champ. There will be more scoring in this game.

3-5 yesterday..

Sunday

Regionalliga Nord

Dresden- Gladbach: Dresden -0.5,-1 @ 2.05 !! 2 units!!

Dresden is one of the top teams in the league. after yesterday everything is very, very close on the top and a home win will give them a great start in the long run for promotion. they are 7-1-1 so far at home and overall the much better team than Gladbach who sits in last place of the standings. Especially in away games Gladbach is without a chance at all. They are 2-6-11 overall and 1-0-8 nin away games.

2. Bundesliga

Fürth- AUe: Fürth -0.5 @ 1.87

Aue had a big run to end the year and start the new year, but they came down to earth in last week s home loss to Duisburg. This was mainly due to big injury problems, which became even worse now. the defense is normally their strongest part, but they have 3 defenders out for today (which means they fieldinga complete new def today) and one of the strikers is out with the other one questionable.
Fürth meanwhile got off to a good start in the year after a disappointing first half. they won 3-0 at München and 2-0 over Koblenz before having an unlucky set back 0-1 at top team Rostock. They should be able to get back on track over a injured Aue team.

Offenbach- Paderborn: under 2.5,2 @1.95

Offenbach lost last week after 6 wins in a row (which was big overachieving), but nevertheless they might still be on a run. Paderborn meanwhile is playing against relegation, but based on a very, very solid defense. they are also off to a decent start in the year, but results were 0-1,0-0 and 1-0. In their last nine games they have 2 x 0-0,4 x 1-0 and 3 x 1-1. Even with Offenbach during their great run playing some overs it will be tough for them to get the total to 3 vs. Paderborn.

Burghausen- Koblenz: Koblenz pk,+0.5 @ 1.95

Big match against relegation for both teams and probably the last chance for Burghausen. Burghausen is in dead last place and struggeling big time right now. in last 3 games they lost 1-2,1-3 and 1-5. they have big injury problems in all parts of the team so even the coach is saying that only hope is that players are coming back as soon as possible..that means right now they have not the potential to stay in league. Koblenz played better recently. after a surprising draw at to-team Duisburg they got their first win of the year last week. they should be able to get at least a draw here.

Great day so far

1. Bundesliga

München- Bielefeld: München -1.5 @ 2.02

Two struggeling teams here, but on a different level. München lost first game under new coach Hitzfeld 0-3 at Nürnberg, but today they have the chance to get the first win of the year at home.
Bielefeld is not playing well at all and after last weeks home loss to Gladbach in danger to get close to relegation zone. i dont think they have a chance to get a point here. only question is if Bayern is able to win by two, but i like my chances

No play on the Nürnberg- Bochum game..i am leaning toward Bochum, but it s tough to go against a team that has lost only twice this season.
