Looks like we dont have to wait that long..

they are already replaced by USC at the top in the AP poll

Btw..

yesterday i had UT large, some people wrongly assumed that i am an SEC homer. Because i was rooting for them to cover. I am not I even posted on friday that USC was the best team in the country.

I am not an SEC guy. I just live in SEc country.. Matter of fact i am a big 12 guy.

Ps.. i am still taking donations from generous gamblers to help me eek out a living after the beat down i took in that doomed UT bet..

USC looked like the better team than UGA this weekend. USC/UGA were very close all off-season in the polls so it makes perfect sense that USC would go on top when they both played (effectively) pansies.

Now if USC beats Ohio State in week 3 then they will deserve to stay on top and if they lose then Georgia will jump back on top either way it doesn't matter until the end of the season anyways.

If Georgia loses 1 game this year and wins the SEC Championship they will play in the BCS Title game, and if USC does what they should and runs the table undefeated they will also be there and we will get to see the two best teams play for the title (FINALLY).

Most likely though.. Georgia is going to stumble at least twice and some idiot team like Ohio State will get in with 1 loss to USC and having played noone else and we will have another joke of a title game just like we did last year. Maybe one day we will get a playoff system and we can finally have a REAL champion.
