I have to think were is better, since Bush got mad and cried. Saddam would not give in so Bush took his ball and went home, then Bush had a hard on for him ever since.

Actually, until the USA gave Sadam the green light to invade Kuwait, they had many, many business dealings dated back more than a decade. But, putting a hit team out on someone as saddam did during Love Storm, certainly can tend to make your old friends not like you too much...
I doubt they ever as good of buddies as Poppy and Noriega though...

I think the General is referring to the fact that a we have an official FBI document during the Kennedy Assasination which refers to "Mr. George Bush of the Central Intelligence Agency," But later Mr Bush swore under oath that he had never worked for the CIA before he was named director.
