I have a freind who is a bit of a shut in and has no PC.But has one of those sattelites that picks up all the tracks.

Also Brisbet it pretty good for phoning in bets. It's about the same as Youbet so really its up to him. Bribet also has voice bet where you can just say your bets to the computer. Hope this helps.
