The percent of people who would truly pay is 15 % at the absolute most. No way in the world it is any higher than that. People just need to feel that they are great, moral people so they convince themselves that they would always do the right thing. When the situation actually presents itself, we learn that talk is cheap.

good point danny...I mean 99% of the people voting will never have to prove it because
A. It will never happen to them
B. If it did no one would know for the most part
