This means that all there was there was players liability and pending payouts, the amount of which is still unclear as the "owner" Mr. Silver sent us a list amounting to 24,5K whereas the "owner's representative" Mr. Costigan mentioned 150K several times.

This is one of the reasons why we are proceeding with a thourough due diligence as certain aspects concerning player's liabilities and pending payouts still have to be clearly defined between the parties. We are also trying to understand who is representing the old Gamblers Avenue, either Mr. Silver or Mr. Costigan.

Time will tell.

The way business is done in the offshore book space is soooo JV. What a tough business!! There are too many scumbags operating and the fact that Royal doesn't know who to deal with is a joke. They are trying to execute a business deal yet their counterparty is making the picture cloudy. Good luck Royal with the GA business...looks like you may need it.

By the way Royal, in your post you mentioned that you've purchased the assets and liabilities of GA. Not to be picky but I guess you meant that you assumed the liabilities and purchased the assets.

Specifically, what assets did you purchase? I work on these types of deals and I can guess what the assets would be but I've never seen the details of a transaction of this type in the offshore book world so it would be informative to get an insiders' view of some of the details. Thanks.

We have no idea if there was anything left. We have been contacted today by Neteller as the last time the old GA owners had funded their merchant account they paid with a check that has bounced.

We have received no money from the old GA.

This kind of thing is why people think you have an agenda. I have just read the thread, and I see Royal stating pretty clearly what has occurred here, and even repeating it.

Is there some special reason you should be asking for them to repeat it over and over, to you specifically? If so, please inform the rest of us why, and what stake you have in the situation? If you do not have such a special reason or stake, why don't you stop trying to make an issue of it, and read the damn posts.

If you did not have a financial stake of some sort in GA, I guess you just would have said that.
So being that you did not...that would lead any level-headed observer to conclude you are posting from a biased and selfinterested viewpoint in the situation.

It was a legit question. If you have no financial stake in the situation, kudos to you for just picking at Royal till they have repeated themselves 3 time.
