GALAXY vs. WIZARDS:

The Los Angeles Galaxy begin a three-game homestand knowing this is likely their best chance to make a charge back into the top four in the Western Conference and secure a place in the MLS Cup Playoffs for a record 11th time. The Galaxy currently sit in last place in the division, after falling 1-0 to Real Salt Lake in their huge game at midweek. The Kansas City Wizards haven't lost in three games as they try to rebound from a long winless run, and while they are in the thick of the tight bunch in the Eastern Conference, they have also played two more games than all their main rivals.

Injuries: LOS ANGELES GALAXY - OUT: FW Cornell Glen (L knee sprain); MF Kyle Martino (L hip strain); DF Troy Roberts (groin strain); PROBABLE: DF Ugo Ihemelu (L knee sprain); DF Tyrone Marshall (R hip flexor strain) ... KANSAS CITY WIZARDS - OUT: DF Jimmy Conrad (mandibular fracture); DF Nick Garcia (groin strain); FW Dave van den Bergh (Achilles tendon); PROBABLE: MF Alex Zotinca (R hamstring strain); FW Josh Wolff (R hamstring strain); GK Will Hesmer (wrist strain)
