That proves right there you know nothing about hockey. I'm sure you were a Calgary fan back in 1989. A Rangers fan in 1994 probably. A Red Wings fan in 1997-98. A Devils fan last year? SIGH typical.
Gagne batted a puck out of midair and over the shoulder of Bulin for his first goal or did you just turn the game on in overtime? He was actually one of the hardest working guys in this series up to and including Game 7.
Alex Tanguay is a joke. If you think he has more talent you know nothing about hockey. It's sad that there are Canadians out there that just don't follow the game as much as people in the US.
The Flyers lost to the #1 seed in their building in Game 7 with a MASH unit and still competed for 60 minutes. If the Flyers were as healthy as TB for this series it would've finished much differently.
The US team is going for veterans on the ice and youth in goal they said that from Day One. Again you must not follow hockey or you would've known they were looking that way from the start. Amonte has a lot of talent and speed for a veteran and could skate circles around Gomez (ah wait he already did that in the opening round). The US went old school and we will see if that hurts them (this team is built very much like the Flyers...I wonder if they can stay healthy unlike the Flyers).
SIGH I hate to have to teach hockey classes at 11:30 PM on a Sat night but I am very saddened by tonight's results so why not. I thought you were a Leafs fan because of some of the other comments I read on the boards here Chach. No harm no foul

Amonte was useless all year, all last year and all this playoffs. Gomez was the Devils best player in that series and I'm sure MR NJ sports or whatever he calls himself would agree with that.
You beat the Leafs with half their team playing inured so please stop whining about injuries. Two of Calgary's best forwards have been out all playoffs, not to mention three regs on defense. I only wish Philly had won tonight so you could have got rocked by a team with a third of the payroll. A quarter?
