In games where Tago started - the Phins have radically different scoring ability.
Their season average is pathetic @ 16 points per game but in the three games Tago played they have averaged 24.5 points.. In the 10 games Tago didn't play the Phins averaged only 10 points per game!
The main issue is the Phins defense, which is allowing 23 points per game.
In the last 2 games they've allowed 28 to Arizona and 30 to Buffalo.
The Rams have surged winning the last 3 SU. Their last win was 30-20, in overtime in Seattle, where they benefited from 3 Seattle turnovers. They allowed Seattle to roll up 424 total yards.
Noting that the Rams defense isn't rated as good as Miami overall, the shot to win this favors Miami because of the true scoring potential of Tago.
The Rams also benefited from 4 turnovers vs the Raiders as well in a 20-15 win.

I would play the under based on those outcomes - but if the Phins attack early, they could put up 17 - 21 in the first half. Miami run game has improved as well with Tago at QB to balance the offesne. Miami has averaged 150 yds rushing per game last 3.
To win the under, the Rams likely wont score more than 10 points in the half...
