That statement is unfair and very inaccurate, other than several touts, and a couple of real bad apples I hardly ever ban a poster and when I do it is only after a vote is taken with The Rx. Adivisory Board where the majority rules. The touts were all voted out by the Advisory Board, not by me alone. A few posters from another site were banned but only after warnings and an Advisory Board vote. I will arbitrarily ban racists, spammers, and ghosts created solely to flame other posters, any particular sportbook or The Rx. itself..

With a forum as busy as this one (at times over 6,000 online user logged in) there are a lot if instances where players get into cyber arguments with each other and many use the report a bad post icon which sends an email to all moderators and sometime we have to either edit or warn a poster for various reasons.

Rx. policy regarding, arguing, bashing and flaming.

As most of you know we do not tolerate bashing in any of our sports forum. The Rx.com moderator team depends upon you posters to report bshing by using the "Report Bad Post" icon at bottom left of all posts. Violaters will be warned, repeat violaters will be placed on post review for a period of at least 14 days. Eventually mutiple bashers who have been warned on several occasions will be banned from the site indefinitely.

Please use the bad post icon to report any bashing or out of line posting - it will be greatly appreciated by The Rx.com Moderator team and will be acted upon promptly and with complete discretion.

Violators will be warned and if need be placed on Post review..
Any poster who sees something that appears to be out of line is free to contact any of the Rx. moderators or use the report Post function icon above.

The word Banned you see as poster FJY's tagline is his own doing, he is not banned, as most of you know you can edit your own tagline simply by using USER CP. Obviously this poster has some sort of agenda with me or The Rx. in general and most likely is a ghost. When I have more time I will take a closer look for previous user names.

Just got back from a little mini vacation of two off days and am glad to be back to work. Incredibly while I was gone 70 new posters registered here at the Rx...Lets hope a good percentage become regular posters.

First of all poster Chairman is not banned and never has been banned. I just did a search of my email and have zero emails from anyone using the name Chairman and no emails from the email address Chairman used to register with here at The Rx. back in May of 2006.
The emails I recieved from fjy were forwarded to the poster you requested it to be forwarded to and answered to you personally.
