Funny how this crisis hits everywhere. Do sports bettors take up driving Uber?

Just looked in the paper today to see whats on the upcoming schedule?
So now what? I guess there's a few things to bet on. Horseracing and international soccer. The occasional boxing or UFC match.

I guess they can switch to online slot machines or cards.

Kinda sucks if your're trying to make a rollover !

I don't think anyone here is going to drive for 42 cents/ hour after expenses ?

It is, after factoring in expenses and depreciation.

First of all you need a fairly decent car, not some beater mobile, you'll being piling on lots of miles..., Taking possibly dangerous strangers on short trips and getting further and further away from home

You make more than 42 cents , but you're essentially taking equity out of your automobile and after factoring that in it is like 42 cents per hour.

You'd be far better off driving for a taxi company at minimum wage ( $11, here ), plus potential tips in their car.

Uber, Lyft etc., Suck for the drivers, the company takes most of the money.

I've never taken one and never will. They are actually more expensive than a regular legal taxi and far more expensive than dollar a mile illegal Nick

More expensive than regular taxi? No way. Not even close.
My cab ride from LAX to home avg around $50 back then. I oay $26 tops taking a Lyft. Feel sorry for them but ill never ride a cab.

On top of which, cabs always slowed played the route from McCarren Airport to the Vegas strip. Fare always varied. I knew they were trying to milk me for time and travel.
