Free Sports Pager

I should have gotten one from Sportsbook when I first signed up. Didn't know. Deposited $200 short =\. :sad3: Now curious, which other reputable sportsbook offer free sports pager (including service). I know BetCRIS with a $2000 initial deposit. MVPSports does for a $1500 deposit but I'm not sure if the service is free only the first 3 months.
