Buster, I knew there had to have been a reason I have not been ordering fast food much these days.

2 weeks ago, I ordered that 3 item 5 dollars deal from dramahos. I placed the order at 520. They put the stuff in the bag at 530 (you can watch on the internet what step they are on) The delivery guy didnt arrive until 630! They are a whole 4 blocks away from me. I didnt open the door when he knocked. Heard him on his cell phone calling me phone rang I did not pick up. (unh, the guy is not here what should I do.) I dont want something thats been sitting in the pizza warmer bag for an hour that is just nasty. I felt bad because I have never done that before. But I am not paying 20 bucks for hour old food.

**UPDATE: From Domino's corporate:

Thank you for bringing these to our attention. I don’t have the words to say how repulsed I am by this – other than to say that these two individuals do not represent that 125,000 people in 60 countries who work hard every day to make good food and provide great customer service. I’ve turned this over to our security department. We will find them. There are far too many clues that will allow us to determine their location quite easily.

**UPDATE, 4/14: More from corporate:

Hi, Jeremy.

We just got off the phone with the franchise owner, who was absolutely dumbfounded by this. He has told us that he will be terminating their employment effective immediately. We suggested that he call them and get a written statement from them, asking them to “explain” (to the extent anyone can, really) their actions. We are also seeking legal counsel to see what kind of action we can take against them for damage to the brand.

You are welcome to use anything I’ve sent to you in the past 24 hours. I do want to thank you for bringing this to our attention…I just wish it hadn’t been posted so prominently on your web site…while it was certainly fair game, it does hurt the company and the thousands of people we employ in this country whether it’s intended or not.

Regards,

Tim

We respond:

Hey Tim: Don't shoot the messenger, buddy!

*Note: Mr. Mintyre has clarified that he doesn't blame this site for posting the vids. He just meant to say that he wishes, in theory, that they had never come to light since they can lead to an unfair, blanket judgement of the company. And we actually agree with him that's it's unfair for anyone to parlay this one incident into a sweeping attack against the chain as a whole.

Haha. Reminds me of a time about 3 months ago. Dominos had closed for takeout but was open for delivery for another few hours. It's literally across the street from my apartments, like 1 city block away. They said it would take an hour and a half to deliver here even though I could probably hit the building with a baseball. I asked if they could just hand it to me at the back door and I'd give them a tip and pay the delivery fee and they wouldn't do it. How in the hell does it take that long to go across the street? I've delivered pizza quite a bit back in the day and it just left me dumbfounded.

Do you remember when it use to be, Delivery within 30 mins or it was Free

But then the delivery guys would get into Accidents, trying to get there in time.
