Just a few questions about this chart:
1) Is there a route speed chart or just sprints
2) So let's say in a situation the final time in a 6F sprint at Oaklawn was run in 1:11.3
That is a "rating" of 18 and since you have to minus(maybe) for beaten lengths, so the horse was 2nd by 2 so now the rating is 16 or 20?
And since that racetrack was at Oaklawn is the rating 16 or something else? It says i[FONT="]f a horse is coming from a lower track that he was racing at then todays track you will add it to the number if he’s coming from a higher track going to a lower track you will – it from his number
[/FONT]And my 3rd question is do I use these for just ratings or what should I use them for as to handicapping wise. And is the lower the rating, the better the horse has or is it just the lowest rating the better. I just would like to use/play around with these ratings since they seem like a cool idea and maybe be a good tool for using in sprints.
