Good morning everybody yes I'm having fun and I see you guys are having fun well I'm going to put this out there if you're interested if not it's fine.
After the Saratoga meeting when I get back I'm going to run a contest that's going to run for 3 days Friday Saturday and Sunday only 3 days now I would charge for this contest but I'm not going to because I know things are tough out there for people and prices are just getting out of hand it's amazing what I paid for a cocktail but everybody enjoys handicapping so with that said I invite anybody and everybody to join if you think you got skills come show it if anything I'll put up $25 of my own money just to make it interesting now rules you will start with a $3,000 imaginary bankroll this contest will only consist of Win,Place,Show I'm going to make you work for it so for 3 days you can bet any North American track you can only bet up to $100 per race and only one entry per race once pic is posted it cannot be changed unless horse is scratch at gate

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you Jack but you know where I'm at so in regards to what you were saying now the reason I'm doing the three day weekends is because other people do have normal jobs that's the first reason plus I would like to have other people join in it would be more fun. Now I can see you like longer contest but the first thing you have to get is discipline and control because once you get involved you just go race after race after race and that my good man is not how you play a contest because the first thing you have to understand about yourself is where your strength lies it might be in route races sprint races turf races or maiden races that's why it's open to all North American tracks second you only have $1,000 for each 3 day weekend and what does that teach you money management and finding your best plays of the day that does not mean go to town and bet every other race and the reason I am not doing Exa it's because if I do allow it you will only be able to use your key horse and one horse underneath and there will be no boxing three horses or using two three horses underneath your key because a contest is about the skill of the handicapper regardless if he uses a system or software so to put it simply I'm going to make you work for it. Jack real simple I'm not in it for the money I make my money by running my business and by betting my horses I have nothing to prove

OK 5th no doubt I need to slow down. and concentrate on 1 or 2 tracks. at a time. thx for the advice. Yeah good point about a truncated contest possibly interesting more players. But I have my doubts you will get many players here other than possibly the players playing in the Summer game. OK JIM thx again and I am thinking about joining your contest assuming we get enough Players. Good luck at the SPA

Very nice to hear that you are in HOSS and i hope other handicappers will join in and to make handicappers feel they are playing for money i will put up $25 but it's NOT about the money it's to Show Case the handicappers skill so if you have an EGO this is wrong for you ? . Okay i will be back Aug,13 need a few days to relax so am thinking AUG,19-20-21 so if some want to find plays at SAR they can NOW for RULES it's going to be simple and as for tracking if everybody at end of post put bet> | ret> please NO cheating there will be people watching (LOL)

OK 5th why do not just make it a 3K roll overall? maybe someone only wants to wager $600 1 day. and hit it hard the next day. And if you wager $50 or more to win then no ex? What about if you wager $50 to place I assume no ex? I will most likely be playing. thx again.

Good morning Jack the reason for the $1,000 limit per day it stops the handicapper from making foolish bets looking to cash in on some long shot that basically has no shot and he's just taking a shot this contest is about skill not just jump into a race and betting.
