Okay, I'm by no means a soccer handicapper. But upon reading some reports on these two teams playing today, I have to feel inclined to a strong couple plays...
Nice avoided relegation last year with a 2.18 total goals average.... As the season went on, total goals got higher and higher, averaging almost 3 a game in their last 10 matches. They've since added a couple defenders and added last year's Ligue 2 top scorer to their front line.
As for Troyes, the comments on them on SoccerNet suggests great attacking and poor defending, as they had a 2.86 total goals average last year in Ligue 2. The defense has gotten no better, and Nice should be able to tally twice in this one if statistics mean anything.
It seems as though a 3-1 final or something of the sorts of Nice is very possible, and that being said, over 2.25 at Pinnacle +102 seems like a very nice price, as does Nice -131 to win outright. Is there anyone with better insight on this match than that?
