You can do that by clicking Advanced Search under Search Threads.

Can you please walk us through on how you use the search option? Are you searching a particular thread title or a members username?

As a sample, I just search the tittle of this thread using the "search" keyword and I easily found it - https://www.therx.com/search/9820/?q=search&o=relevance
