1 of the most overlooked blunders in sports history since that world series was sandwiched between the Yanks run and about 14 people watched it commence at 1-1:30 in the morning. Me among them.

I remember Morgan KILLED him for the rest of that inning. He wouldn't shutup. I think Morgan thought that was going to wind up being Buckner 2.0 and he really wanted to be the voice of it. But the Marlins were involved, so no one really cared outside of Cleveland about 3 days later.

nobody really brings up that 2007 season down here. I don’t even remember Fernandez’s error nor has anyone ever mentioned it around here
