Reports are beginning to surface that Florida State quarterback and pitcher Jameis Winston has been arrested on a misdemeanor charge for stealing crab legs from Publix, according to Bud Elliott of Tomahawknation.com.

Last December, Winston was involved in a police investigation over claims he sexually assaulted a young woman in 2012. State Attorney Willie Meggs cleared Winston after announcing there was not sufficient evidence to charge the athlete with the crime.
Winston went on to win the Heisman Trophy in a landslide, as well as top Auburn in the BCS National Championship with some late-game heroics.
Although the reports of this latest offense are preliminary, we will keep you updated as the story progresses.

"In July 2013 a Burger King employee called police in July to complain that Winston was stealing soda. According to the police report, Winston came in with three men but did not order food. An employee, who recognized him, first saw him using ketchup cups to take soda. He asked for a water cup after she told him to stop, but he said he would use it for soda and filled it repeatedly with soda over her objections, the report said"
