i was looking at your site with interest in the 20% signup after hearing alot of good things about your horse software. i noticed you offer to cover neteller instant cash transfer fees..would this be in addition to the 20% or a part of it?

any chance of surrendering the 20% in exchange for "a" limits at "b" tracks?

i got that but that instacash fee is an extra 9%. thats a pretty damn good deal if they cover that plus give 20%, whatever the rollover.
