Jack,

Thanks -good to see posting here again. The liquidity at Mansion is pretty good (at least for football). Mansion have combined their sportsbook and their exchange so they're posting their own offers on the exchange. (Better prices than in the sportsbook) Thus there are always offers available at prices comparable to Pinnacle, Bet365 etc - often better.

I think you should try it out: 0% commission if someone takes your offer and only 1% if you take someone's offer.

The cons are that they only offer the big leagues and don't offer multis. Not a problem for me though...

8ate,

Thanks!

I like the Under 2.5 in the Wigan-Everton match, but don't trust Fulham by any means, I play with Tottenham on FIFA 06' PS2 manager mode, I haven't lost to Fulham in 3 seasons.....just a trend :lolBIG:

Nylon,

The bet is under 2.25 - not 2.50.

Anyway, I hate going against your FIFA 06 trend! ;-)

Mido is out for Totty, and he's the Egyptian-Magician.....ok I'm making that up but he's pretty good IMHO, a good goal threat, but nonetheless, Fulham is a toss-up to me, stay away for me.

This is NOT my write up but it is from a site that is pretty good with soccer picks.

Fulham v Tottenham

This may come as a surprise but only Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal have won more games at home this season that Fulham and the Cottagers look generously priced at 15/8 for an eighth success in front of their own fans - especially as this is a fixture they've won in each of the last three seasons. Chris Coleman's men are in the bottom half of the table because of their woeful away form (just three points out of a possible 36) but you have to go back to October 1 for their last defeat at Craven Cottage, when Manchester United were the visitors. And this isn't a bad time to be playing Spurs. Key defender Ledley King has been playing through the pain barrier with a groin injury, midfield terrier Edgar Davids is doubtful with a hairline fracture of the fibula and top goalscorer Mido is on African Nations duty with Egypt. That's the spine of the side so it's no wonder they haven't been at their best recently, failing to find the net since their shock third round FA Cup exit at Leicester, and they have to be opposed.

Verdict: Fulham 1 Tottenham 0

duck, good to see you here too man, we go back a long, long way, and despite the occasional bad blood, we all come back here, or pass by at least, at one point or another.

I am kinda cautious with the exchanges ever since that high flying english one (their name escapes me...it comes with age.) went under a year ago. The fact that they were using mansion's tactics for seemingly improving their liquidity by having the sportbook fund the exchange prices isn't very reassuring either, of course, different people, different strategies so I hope mansion don't have their capital uninsured as well. Multis is not such an issue for me either, nor are the smaller leagues, when there are so many alternatives. And the fact of the matter remains that betfair started out as a gamblers dream come true, but they 've turned out to be the most conservative force in the bussiness and sadly competition hasn't kicked in to lower their preposterously high prices. They scored some progress with their ah commision, but to expect to be cutting a 2 to 5% profit off each single bet, guaranteed, is for me unacceptable. Their customer loalty points do lower the commision but maybe I am a small fish it hasn't done much for mine, the amounts of money you have to be rolling over, every single week are just to high to get anything decent, and their weekly decaying 15% scheme for the point system is pathetic, can't a gambler take a week off? J. C.!

In any case, not to jinx it, your system has turned out some good results here, hope it continues. Later.

Jack.
