I love sour salads without dressing, just lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, you can even add green apple and green grapes + kiwi and strawberries. Salt and lemon, that's it. Great pre workout meal.
Used to hate anything spicy, now I LOVE jalapeños, habanero's, black pepper, chili, you name it.
yeah I was i had to cut back on tuna a lot, yellowtail and ahi which unfortunately were my favorites are down to once a week but up here we get a ton of wild salmon for good prices and lots of shrimp and prawns which are all low on the mercury scale. I had to adjust how I ordered but sushi is so fresh and cheap up here that as long as you limit the high mercury varieties you'll be fine.
