Trent Edwards (the backup) is no joke. In my opinion, he was the 3rd best QB in last year's draft right behind Russell and Quinn. He's had no offensive line the entire time he was at Stanford and was constantly getting killed, but he rarely made bad decisions or turned the ball over. He has an NFL arm and I'd be happy to have him starting for my NFL team (obviously not my fantasy one though).

Trent Edwards I think will be the real deal, saw him play a bunch at Stanford and the kid has got a lot of talent
