im in san diego and word is brees is starting. this pleases no one here. also theres a guy who owns a CFL club in town to ask flutie to end his career in canada. he feels confident doug will agree since dougs brother also works for this club. i heard flutie say tho that his kids love san diego and wont move. so who knows. this team sucks badly and not even eli manning will help.

Doug Flutie is SUCH a class act....and...if not a hall of famer....a really good QB and most of all a WINNER. He deserves a whole lot better than he has gotten from Marty Boy in the past two years.
If Brees starts I hope they get blown out by the Packers.....and I don't say that to dis Drew Brees. This is all on Marty Boy.

i dont blame marty as much as i blame our under qualified GM AJ smith. that guy blew out seau and harrison and many other veterans THEN announced this was our push year to reach the playoffs! what a gump! hes gotta go as well as that high school offensive coordinator cam cameron AND his defensive coordinator and martys kid whos coaching the QBs. that pile of crap took a great college QB in brees and turned him into the second coming of ryan leaf.the chargers should cover the 5 here because the packers scare no one on the road. the stadium will look like lambeau though with 20,000 cheese heads so they may feel right at home.
