I never disrespected Oregon St, youre making a lot of assumptions about my positions, that I never stated

I still would put Miss ahead of Oregon St, especially on defense

OK you are entitled to your opinion.

Just remember that Or.St. held USC to 86 yards on the ground. Mark Banker, OSU's DC put a defense together last year that led the nation in rushing yards allowed. They were good the year before too. As this year progresses, OSU's D will be that good again because their starters are more athletic than last year. They throttled Hawaii 2 weeks ago and did well vs USC. That's the last 2 weeks. Their DE's lead the conf. in sacks... 2nd year in a row. Their 2ndary is very good, SS Afalava will be drafted on day 1. They have the talent and have improved every week.

I wouldn't be so sure if I was you.
We'll see how that plays out.
Fair enough?

the poll question has bias built into it.

USC "beat"

and Florida "whooped"

Nice.

It was actually the other way around if you are trying to use the word whooped. USC was down 21-0 at half, couldnt do anything and OSU was driving at will. USC never lead in that game.

Florida fumbled 5 times, put 2 on the ground inside their own 30 yard line, one of them on a simple handoff. They had a busted coverage for a TD and a failed extra point to tie the game late - and still were in a position to win the game. Florida was always in the game, had the lead at some points in the game, or the game was tied.

USC lost from whistle to whistle.

That being said, it is inexcusable for a top 5 team to lose at home to a team like Ole Miss. Upstart or not.

So the question is:

Which loss is worse?

A. Florida a top 5 team, always in the game, lead at some points, losing at home on a blocked extra point?
B. USC, widely considered #1 and a near lock for the national title game, losing whistle to whistle on the road.

Not sure.

The word Fumbled is misleading as you write it. UF put the ball on the ground five times, but didn't turn it overr 5 times as your post implies.

Also, now you know why Tim Tebow is not an NFL qb. How many times was a receiver (Harvin, Muprhy, Riley) going to be open by more than 3 yards and Tebow miss them badly.

I agree 1,000%.

The way Tebow played last season, I was up in the air about whether or not he was a QB or not. I stated he would never be a middle of the road QB, he would either be a hall of famer or a bust.

I am saying now there is no chance on planet earth that Tim Tebow is an NFL QB unless something drastic happens to his game.

I know one thing, people better stop betting against good coaches who are getting over 3 TD's in conference play..It's not good for your health..Or bank account.
Put your $ on good coaches everytime....so true

How can anyone say that with a straight face after last week?

You mean when they almost doubled a good Vandy team in yardage but lost b/c of turnovers. What are you talking about. When is the last time any Pac 10 team not names USC had a MLB drafted in the top 10. Ole Miss puts out NFL players regularly

Ole Miss didn't even play that great today. They are a solid team but they def look like a 6-5 type of team. They really never moved the ball with any coonsistency. They hit two home run plays where they caught the UF defense sleeping. Other than that they relied on Florida absolutely giving them the game. With a competent play caller UF is up big at half time and Ole Miss would have gotten blown out in the 2nd half. Florida players didn't even look like they cared until the middle of the 4th quarter. WHAT A FUCKING JOKE how do you not come to play after you saw what happened to USC on Thursday night.

One time fumbling the ball at the 1 yard line when you are about to run in for a TD can be excused because everyone makes mistakes. But for it to happen two times in one game, the same exact thing! That means you are a team of stupid idiots. Vandy is lead by a rockhead QB that just runs around scared like an idiot when the D is coming after him and he doesn't know what to do. But somehow they manage to beat Ole Miss, this "good" football team on the road in a hostile environment? No way. If you lose like that to Vandy at home then you suck. Either that or all the teams in football suck and sometimes they just manage to get lucky and play well.

Because they're just kids, many of them not the brightest to begin with God bless 'em. And this goes for most programs, not just UF of course.
